Root Chakra Workshop

A Trauma-Informed Approach Through the Chakras

Date: Sunday, December 14

Time: 12:00–3:00 pm

Location: Live on Zoom (link provided upon registration)

When our root chakra is shaken by trauma, abandonment, or instability, it becomes hard to feel safe in our own body or trust that our needs will be met. This 3-hour, trauma-informed workshop with The Divine Path gently explores how early experiences shape our root chakra and our sense of safety, security, and belonging.

In this immersive online healing space, we will:

• Connect nervous system science with root chakra teachings

• Explore how childhood patterns, attachment wounds, and life transitions show up in the body

• Practice grounding techniques through breathwork, sensory anchoring, and gentle movement

• Work with journaling + creative exercises to reconnect with the right to exist, the right to have needs, and the right to take up space

• Close with a guided meditation to anchor stability, safety, and deep self-trust

This virtual workshop is gentle, inclusive, and judgment-free. You are never required to share more than you choose. It’s especially supportive for those healing from codependency, people-pleasing, addiction, chronic anxiety, or early trauma who are ready to rebuild a stable inner foundation.
