Hi there!  I’m Trinity!

I have been a healer and psychic medium for the past 20 years, I migrated from a massage practice to energy work after a back injury left me unable to keep up with the physical demands of the job.  The journey of healing my body has taken a lot of hard work and dedication to self-love, and has also been nothing short of a miracle.  It has taken me from a 254 pound woman who was in so much pain all of the time that she spent most of her time laying on the sofa, depressed, watching TV all day and night, to a vibrant, peppy, compassionate, mother, proud entrepreneur, a registered behavioral technician, artist, and musician.  At the age of 44, I have never felt more amazing, healthy, and alive than I do today, and I am living proof of what energy work, meditation, and a spiritual connection can do for a person.

When I moved to Atlanta in 2008, I figured it was time to “grow up and get a real job,” so I went to college, where I studied psychology and sociology, with an emphasis on human development and trauma recovery.  Even in my attempts to achieve success through what people would consider a “normal job,” as a sufferer of complex PTSD from childhood trauma, I’ve always been driven to learn how to heal myself, so that I can also help others through their own journey of recovery.  But, despite all of my education, many years of doctor’s visits, therapy appointments, medications, and cognitive therapy, I still suffered from a state of dissolution, never understanding why, when I had a beautiful home in the nicest county in Georgia, with a family that I had always wanted, I was so incredibly sad and despondent. 

In August of 2021, my life changed drastically when I died and was resuscitated during a very dark time in my life.  Although I was born intuitive, preferring to play with the ghosts in my house over other children on many days, I went into a deep depression after the loss of a pregnancy, and the dissolution of my marriage.  The experience I had on the other side changed my entire world, and catapulted me into the study of esoterics and energy work again, as no conventional medicine nor psycho-therapy had helped me find my way out of what I had realized had turned into a life or death situation.  My journey to the hereafter, and subsequent heightened psychic abilities that I’ve had since, have proven to me three clear ideas- 1.) Energy healing can provide powerful results, 2.) we are never alone, and 3.) that it is our divine right to heal.
